1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Med Supply Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://medsupply.com website (the "Site").
We are registered in California, United States, with our registered office at 3460 Cashmere St, Unit E, Danville, CA 94506.

Age Requirement: The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
- Use the Site to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavor.
6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Site does not offer users the ability to submit or post content. However, if we provide an opportunity to create, submit, or post content ("Contributions"), you warrant that:
- Your Contributions do not infringe on the proprietary rights of any third party.
- You are the creator/owner of the Contributions.
- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Your Contributions are not unsolicited advertising or spam.
- Your Contributions are not obscene, violent, harassing, or legally objectionable.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy. By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
8. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
If we provide areas to leave reviews, you must comply with the following:
- You should have firsthand experience with the entity being reviewed.
- Do not use offensive profanity, abusive, or hate language.
- Do not use discriminatory references.
- Do not post false or misleading statements.
- You may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. We have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate. Reviews are not endorsed by us, and do not necessarily represent our opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners. We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review.
9. SUBMISSIONS
Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property.
10. SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to: (1) monitor the Site for violations; (2) take legal action against violators; (3) refuse or restrict access to any Contributions; and (4) manage the Site to protect our rights and property.

13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations:
Parties agree to attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration:
If unable to resolve via negotiation, the Dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted under the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") rules. The arbitration will take place in Alameda, California.
Class Action Waiver:
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually.
- No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding.
- There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
16. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
17. DISCLAIMER
NO MEDICAL ADVICE:
The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, images, and other material contained on the Site are for informational purposes only.
